Ben Woollcombe has been painting for 35 years in New Zealand and overseas. He is self taught and prefers plein air painting in watercolour. The magic of aqueous washes enveloping the page.....forming passages of light and dark, present unexpected surprise and endless challenge to this timeless discipline.
